Falcon Training

The general principles of training falcons are almost similar to the prey, and the only difference is in how the bird gets acquainted and accustomed to its prey. In the case of falcons, the use of prey is more important. An important step in training a falcon is to hold the prey slightly higher than the bird and rotate it by hand. In this case, the bird will look for prey. When the bird approaches the prey, it must move the prey away and start moving in a circular path. Gradually, this trick will be a game of seeing the bird and the owner of the bird, and eventually, this action will increase the skill of the bird and its owner. The person must suddenly pull the bait away when the bird is closest to catch it, and the bird gradually learns to seek prey as quickly as possible. Even meat rewarded him. This should be done by tying a piece of meat to the bait. In the end, as a reward, a complete meal should be given to the bird.

When the bait exercise is completed successfully, the bird is ready to fly free. A bird that is ready to fly should only start its flight by raising its hand and whistling. If your bird does the same, untie the rope and let it fly. Then call him. If he flies to a tree, call him gloves. Then show him a bait to which whole food is attached. He must come to the gloves and the prey.

All you need to do to get your bird back from now on is to make sure it is always at the right weight because if it is overweight, the bird will be ready to fly free when the bait exercise is completed successfully. Is. A bird that is ready to fly should only start its flight by raising its hand and whistling. If your bird does the same, untie the rope and let it fly. Then call him. If he flies to a tree, call him gloves. Then show him a bait to which whole food is attached. He must come to the gloves and the prey.

On the first day, he should be fed while the bird is blindfolded. In the middle of eating, the blindfold should be gently opened from his eyes. After a while, he should close his blindfold again and let him eat the rest of his food. On the second day, the blindfold should be removed twice while eating. This exercise should be continued for consecutive days and increase the amount of room light and the time of removing the blindfold every day. Until finally the bird can easily eat in daylight. Next, he should be taught to eat easily in the presence of strangers or dogs. A very good way to achieve this goal is to take the bird to one of the quiet streets of the city at night and open and close its blindfold several times. Care must be taken that the bird is not afraid of the environment. Up to this point, only pieces of beef should be cut. But little by little, poultry like pigeon meat should be added to his daily diet. Giving bird meat should not be done after 3-4 o'clock in the afternoon or in the dark of night when he is sitting on the seat. When doing so, the bird's blindfold should be opened, but the foot should be closed.

The next day, the bird owner should enter the bird's habitat around 7-8 am, with little light in the room. If the bird has eaten its food, you should drop a piece of it and go to it sometime later. In this situation, the bird must get used to the sounds that have been chosen to call him and feed him, and also to help the bird with the prey.

When the bird kneels on your hand, show it the prey that could be a dead pigeon. The prey should be at a distance of about one and a half meters from the bird. When the bird jumps down from your hand to eat it, let it eat some of it. Make a distinct sound in the interval between jumping out of your hand and reaching the prey. You must remove the prey before it can eat it completely. To do this, deceive him with a piece of meat. This action is to make sure that the bird will bring its prey in the future. Every day you should repeat this and increase the distance a little each time. In this case, a rope should be tied to the bait, and when the bird flies towards it, as soon as it reaches the bait, pull it towards you. This causes the bird to turn to the prey and catch it.
